Do you do the construction?
No. Arvan focuses on permits: we prepare, submit and follow up. Your contractor or crew does the work; when a permit requires it, we work with a licensed General Contractor as contractor of record.
How much does it cost?
Every permit gets a fixed price, in writing, before we start. City or county fees are billed separately. Use the Free Permit Check above to get your quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on the city and how many corrections the reviewer asks for. A simple permit can take a few weeks; one with right-of-way or zoning takes longer. We give you your city's estimate with the quote.
I'm selling and there's an open permit. Can you help?
Yes. We check where the permit stands, reopen it if it expired, tell you which inspections to request and in what order, and follow up until the city closes it. That way it stops holding up the sale.
What do I need to get started?
The address, photos of the area, approximate measurements, the property survey and, if there's an HOA, its approval. If you don't have a survey, we'll tell you how to get one.
